Everyone wants to compare the numbers of Pacquiao vs Clottey and Mayweather vs Mosley. You Mayweather fans seem to forget that Clottey is a nobody and Mosley is a living legend. Another thing about Mayweather is that his advisers realized early that Mayweather could not sell alone.
If you look back he fought guys with bigger fan bases then himself. Hatton, De La Hoya, Judah, Mosley & Cotto. The reason Pacquiao does not do as well is because many think his fights are mismatches.
The Pacquiao vs Margarito might not do as well because so many ***s are boycotting it. Many people think it's a mismatch.
How many PPV did Mayweather have when he fought Baldimir? How many PPV would he have if he fought a nobody like Said Ouali who is ranked 8th at welter?
You Mayweather fans are comparing apples to oranges. You *******s don't know **** about boxing outside of Manny so you can never make a good argument.
One another thing with tickets sales. Of course the tickets in Texas are lower in price. we got more seats and want more people in there buying beer, shirts, food and parking. Jerry sells beer at $9 per bottle and they sold 150,000 bottles. Water is $5 and they sold 100,000 bottles and so on.
Vegas attracts high rollers so the less seating with higher prices make sense....Mayweather fans don't get your **** twisted
