Maybe. :conf Pac hasn't exactly had a rough go since JMM so it isn't even like that's saying all that much. Good names, but all things considered he hasn't really had much bother (aside from a couple of rounds puzzling out Cotto's jab).

Margo was the man of the moment when he smashed Cotto to bits. This is a dangerous fight for Pac, but I cant pick against him anymore. I remember thinking how will he handle 135 when he fightsa natural lightweight in Diaz?atsch

I expect Pac to be too quick. Pac UD but wouldnt surprise me if he secured a late tko.

 

I simply can't pick against Manny.

 

Manny will win but IMO Margo will make it tough, I expect him to win a few rounds at least. Would be very surprised if it's a shellacking like the Mosley fight, think Margo is in great shape and he'll bring it.

 

I don't think Pacquiao can fight Margarito like Mosley did either.

Margarito will be a far more dangerous foe than Clottey, in that he'll actually try and win the fight..... think that uppercut can be a factor too.

I can see where your coming from, but all the 'Pac's been having troubles in the gym', and Alex Ariza being a right grumpy **** on 24/7 seems to me a desparate ploy to try and sell the fight. Everyone knows Pac is a huge, huge favourite, so HBO need some kind of angle to sell it

I'm not saying it's all been staged, just cleverly edited and dramatised. After all, the bloke that matters, Roach seems to be fairly positive about the training camp (despite a few reservations in the first episode), and more of the focus is on Ariza moaning.

Manny by late stoppage, or more likely UD.

 

The more I think about this fight the more chance I give Margarito unfortantely. I still think Manny wins but it could be a close one. Tony just has a massive size advantage and he can apply the necessary pressure to back Manny up and he'll be able to trade with him. I think he might struggle with the weight though and Pacquiao has the speed to tear him apart. I think it'll be an exciting fight though and I reckon there'll be a stoppage. It'll be a lot closer than the Clottey fight anyway.

 

I could see that, If pacquiao is not focused, and his head is thinking more about congress, he probably barely eeks out a win....I expect the gameplan by Pacquiao is similar to the clottey fight, except with more movement...They are going to try and box, stick and move, pile up points....I picked Pacquiao by comfy UD....Will see...
