Who cares if Rafa is a sore loser? I dont understand this need for fighters to be graceful in defeat. Is it nice and refreshing sometimes to see a fighter be nice, and silent, and give praise to their opponent when he loses? Ya I suppose so. But people should understand that many fighters have a fire within them that wont let them see defeat any other way then outside factors led to it.... its part of what makes them who they are. I think if many were good losers, they maybe wouldnt have made it as far as they did.

Its rare for a fighter NOT to make excuses.... this is nothing new.

Guys like Andrade, Micky Ward, guys who dont make excuses and instead heap praise on their opponent, are exception to the rule in boxing. Rafa shouldnt be taking so much **** for something every other fighter does. As soon as Lopez loses (and its coming.... soon) what.... is he going to not list any excuses for it? lol... doubtful. We will see.

    And he was fighting dirty.

The way I look at it is from both sides. From Juanma's side of course he is going to call him a sore loser becuause he is undermining his performance. From Rafa's side of course he maybe bitter and say I lost because of X and X it all comes down to the competiveness within them.

Why was Rafa ducking his head so low? I've never seen him do this in any of his other fights. With Lopez being a south paw that was not good for him to do b/c the right hook was going to line up with the back of his head. Funny things is I watched the Johnson - Green fight and Allen was leaning in all night and finally got hit in the back of the head and knocked out. No one complains about Glen's clubbing right but you complain about Lopez...

I like Rafa and was rooting for him all the way but Juanma didnt do anything wrong, rafa was ducking low and giving him the back of his head. Rafa hit on the break all the time too.

rafa has been bitching a lot, but he has all the right to do so......the fight was probably taken from him in the 4th...that, and all the dirty tactics juanma was using weren't helping either.......

You shouldn't talk about some other fighter being a dirty fighter cause the fighter in your avatar is way known for being a dirty fighter in a big way. So if i was you, i'll shut up.

Of course he is a sore loser. It runs in the family lol. This fight wasn't that close. Marquez shined in round 4 and won rnd 5, thats it. 6,7 and 8 he took a beating

Bias aside, do you give Juanma any props whatsoever? Because other mexican sites give Juanma props and the fans straight from Mexico are commenting on how good of a fight it was and how Marquez shouldnt complain. Not that I'm saying that you should think the same but I am trying to grasp how Mexicans and Ricans from the states think compared to the ones in Mexico and Puerto Rico.

i give juanma tons of ****en credit...he took those shots good and didnt run, he banged his chest like "bring it on mutha****a"...i love that about juanma, but that dont take away from the fact that he kinda is a dirty fighter..and i've been noticing it a lot more now that he's climbing the ladder......

dont get it twisted bro, i like juanman.....the same way i like glen johnson too but admit that he is a pushy pushy type of bully'ish dirty fighter........nothing wrong with that, just stating the obvious
