Nope, people are generally biased towards people from the same country as them in some way. That's common sense. I bet if he was British a lot of British posters would defend him. Likewise if he was Irish, Puerto Rican etc.

Yeah I have to admit. The majority of the people who defended Tony on this forum, were exhibiting Mexican fighters in their avatars. I'm guessing a lot of these are either Mexicans themselves, or just fans of Mexican boxing.

However this is not to say all Mexican supporters have condoned the mocking of Parkinson's Disease.
