Don't even stress it. People wanna say it ain't that bad no problem. Margo is in great shape, He should be able to take a lot of punishment. maybe in this fight he will be damaged to the point where he has parkinson's too. Then he won't have to mock the shakes it comes with.

Thank you, he might listen now. I wouldnt ever say all Mexicans would, which he cant seem to comprehend. Like I said, if Margarito was from a different country, a lot people from there would defend him.

It's true. It's natural for someone to defend and support a person who's from the same background/heritage as them. But there are times when this allegiance has to be put to the side. Now is one of them.

Wow. That's really ****ed. Not even Floyd Mayweather Sr. was willing to sink that low when talking **** about Roach, and he's got more beef with Roach than anyone. There is a certain line you don't cross. For that kid Rios to be doing it is even more rediculous considering he's a nobody who has nothing to do with this fight. If I were Roach I would insist on Khan's next fight after Maidana being against Rios just so he can watch Rios get his ass kicked and see Robert Garcia's face as he watches his prized pupil get destroyed.

Exactly! An appropriate response to Roach's trash-talking, is what the Mayweathers do. The stuff that they come out with....Joke Coach Roach etc....is what you call tit-for-tat. The following is banter we're accustomed to seeing:

It's simple, competitive, within reason, and most importantly.....FUNNY!

Mayweather Snr: "Cuz you know, In your day, I wudda knocked you out...BEEE!!"
Freddie Roach: "Who cares, that was 10,000 year ago."

    Good stuff

When you agreed to Powerpunches post where he said, "... Mexicans will defend Mexicans..."

and when you said, "... people are generally biased towards people from the same country..."

    That is generalizing amigo.

Well when you say Maxicans you are including me that's all I'm saying. If that wasn't your intension or if I'm misinterpreting your posts, I'll apologize for calling you and Idiot.

I dont have a problem with it most of the time, but how anyone can defend him is beyond me. No matter how biased you are, something like this shouldnt cloud your judgement.

It's only natural for a biased, ignorant individual with a lack of judgement. I don't defend anyone who did wrong no matter where they are from. You might, but I can't be like that.

How is he "putting himself out there", by being critical of his peers? Ain't that what he is supposed to do?

The problem I am reading is from what "you" wrote, you're saying he can't be critical because if he does he can be mocked for anything, including his disease.

You're in essence saying that if he plays this boxing pre-fight game, there's no limit to how low the "other" side can go. That's just plain out and out wrong.

But I dont mean only Mexicans, it happens to people to people from every country. But like Rico said, the majority of people(on ESB at least) that defend him are Mexican. It's not generalising(IMO) to say a lot of people from ANY country are biased towards people from the same place as them. Like I said, if he was Irish, most people that would defend him would be Irish, same if he was from anywhere else. If im generalising then I'm doing it to people from every country in the world.
