Oki i must say that the line right after that was about taking punishment and overcoming it. i get what he means since he was getting beaten around like a Irish housewife after thierry henry schooled the nation.
But since he lost the fight it makes it look rather silly.

Been telling you guys for years he was at his peak here and simply los to a guy he would have always lost to.

Buster was the one who was not right.

Prime peak Buster gets Mike out in 4.

And I agree, on the terms that he said it. Everyone talks about the Spinks fight but it was 90 seconds long, and Spinks was terrified. I think he's more proud of himself when someone wasn't scared and he had to show his true toughness.

    Spinks was a lightweight.

Mike knows that and does not rate it.

Mike feasted took on midgets, anorexics and featherweight coke heads in the early part of his career.

I think tyson's fight with pinklon thomas was his best showing. tyson landed like a 15 punch hustle combo to brutally stop him

Watched that fight this morning getting ready for work...

Buster was a monster. His combos were fast and VICIOUS! I don't think anyone could have handled that version of Buster. He was a BEAST!

I swear watching that ish gives me a lump in my throat to this day!

I think what he meant that it made him more humble and he regained his focus after the ass whooping he got off Buster. It was a much needed beat down to make him a better person so to speak.

You guys are ****ing donkeys, when he said this i think he meant where he showed his heart his mettle and had a war etc not neccesarily his best performance.
