If someone is taking PEDs during an 10 week training camp, 30 days is only 4 weeks out of 10. There are still 6 weeks to catch him. And then you can catch him after the fight if he's still on it. And some PEDs can get caught in urine so for those it's 10 weeks out of 10.

 

So he can take roids for 4 weeks. I don't know if that's good enough. At first he only wanted 3 test which was during the first press conference, then 30 days to the fight and then after the fight

 

he can't really take Roids for 4 weeks cause the last week is a taper off period and also he has to clean his system before the post fight test. Also, he can only take certain roids that are undetectable in urine. So he can't take anything he wants.

 

If you think Pacquiao is 'confined to filipino living rooms' you are sorely mistaken. Wouldn't the Philippines have some sort of TV deal with TR rather than having all the individual PPVs?
