I don't think it'll be water under the bridge. The unfortunate thing about making a mistake this big and this public is that it doesn't go away. This video may become part of Rios' legacy and if he is unfortunate to ever be afflicted with Parkinson's disease later on in life, this will most definitely come up again.

His actions were despicable, but his denial of knowing Roach has Parkinson's is equally as sickening. Man-up and apologize.
