Pac had to lose 4-5 pounds last week

    Word is Pac looked horrible and they opted to cut the weight so his speed could return as they felt he had almost no chance of beating Margabeasto!

    Really? I thought he hadn't put the weight on in the 1st place and thats why ariza said he wanted manny to put more weight on but pac said he was happy at this weight so he didn't put any more on

    Pac strength in this fight is speed, they should focus on it. just let him come in at 149

    What was his weight before he had to lose 4-5 pounds?

    The pics I seen today, he looks no more than 147/148lbs.

    he was 153 for clottey, now hes round 148, mite b smart in terms of soeed, butmite b stupid as it makes margaritos size advantage that much bigger.

    That's promotion BS.

    Pacquiao walks about at about 159 these days. Even when he was a super feather, in his 20s, he walked at about 152.

    He'll have to cut weight to get to 149. Lots of it

    Not unheard of. Guzman reportedly was cutting 30+ lbs to make weight when he was fighting at sfw.
