Top Rank will waste and exploit Mosley for his name. I am sure Mosley - Margarito 2 will come. Doesnt matter the outcome of Pacman - Margarito. After that they will throw him in the ring with some young prospects so they can get a god name in their record.

Even though Mosley used to be my favourite fighter me thinks he is seriously past his prime and shouldnt fight any before he gets seriously hurt.

Speaking of disloyalty... Shane Mosley is leaving Golden Boy right after he got a GIFT from their judges. That's right, a gift, because in the boxing match where landed punches count, Sergio Mora clearly beat Shot Sugar, but somehow that hugfest (in wich Mora still landed more, cleaner and even harder), ended in an awful draw. The situation reminds me of Sturm's departure from German Universum after they gifted him the Khoren Gevor fight, thx for the memories and judges, but I'm cutting out the middle man, so have my middle finger!

Rumors say Shane is heading to Top Rank. Now I wouldn't necessarily say it's a dumb move - as the only way to get Cotto, Pac or Margo is through Bob Arum's heart, either you're in his pocket or you're outside watching - Mosley is dumb not to retire at the point where he looks simply shot. Frankly, I wouldn't favor him over Cotto, and neither really a 154lbs Margarito (though let's just wait and see how Tony looks on Saturday), not to speak of Pac. Mosley is going downhill very fast and has no reason to further tarnish his legacy and risk his health, not after the money he got this year.

Just retire Shane! It's for your own good!

him, and hopkins are erand boys for Oscar lol.

Arum must of told him you can get cotto, Pac, Clottey and Margo if you want before you retire, and since its in house I can afford to pay you more

not really Shane just need to fight fighters who come forward he has the tough chin and the power to knock anyone out, he can pick up 2 big pay checks next year and then retire.

Not a bad move if he got some investment ideas

I'm guessing this means we'll be seeing Pac-Mosley next assuming Pac wins on Saturday and Mayweather once again defers.

Hopefully Mosley can get a solid fight in first to make himself more of an attraction and build up the fight.

Good move for Shane. He will have plenty of options at 147 and 154 (Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Vanes, Foreman)

    I just hope they don't make Pac-Mosley.

Businesswise, it'll be a good move.

Maybe he has been bought out?

Shane is a great, but he has seen better days & I can't see him beating Cotto or Pacquiao!

He simply had no answer to Mayweather from the second round on. He looked bewildered!

    Absolutely.

He has a much greater chance of cashing in on getting a Pacquaio beatdown now.
