You learn something new everyday? I guess that's why he wore a green suit to the one of the Mayweather Mosley press conferences? To highlight his Irish ancestry?
It seems to have gone about face, at 1 stage Shane was P4P no1, something MAB and Morales could never boast. His first win over Delahoya is a probably a better win the either MAB/Morales ever managed. Mosley would probably have a greater perceived legacy if he didnt take on nightmare styles he could have dodged like Forrest and Winky Wright. He did pretty well in the second Wright fight, that was much closer
Actually Tito can't even claim a win over prime DLH, just a BS decision "win", while Sugar Shane can ACTUALLY claim a victory...just one because the 2nd fight was also a bull**** decision "win".
Yeah I mean I scored both the second Mosley fight and the Trinidad fight for Oscar (by a sizeable margin in Trinidad fight.) However I count the decisions of the judges as they are just so I have some form of consistency in how I approach things. Another example would be Oscars win other Strum. I'm a big Oscar fan and in no way do I believe he beat Sturm, yet he got the decision so I class it as a win just to keep that consistency. My personal scorecards still agree with you in the second Mosley and Trinidad fights.
I don't think there's much difference between MAB, EM, SSM. None of them are ATG's in the strictest sense. But in terms of Mosley...he got beaten badly 4 times at his absolute peak. His 2nd win over DLH was an absolute gift/robbery. Vargas was close to shot, Mayorga was well past-it and gave Mosley a very tough fight. The rest of those guys listed are hardly the stuff of legend. Mosley's first win over DLH was top class though. Shame he was probably on steroids.
