Haye has a rematch clause and probably an elaborate slave contract in place with Audley. Considering that Audley brought nothing to the negotating table he probably signed whatever **** contract Haye offered him.

If Audley wins this farce of a fight they'd make a rematch. Boxing doesn't need a rerun of this joke of a fight. Any boxing fan should cheer for Haye so this remains a one-time event that nobody ever needed in the first place.

I hope Audley takes a dive in the first 20 seconds of the fight and Haye won't even be close to having his egg chin tested.

I thought this was going to be about the fact that if Haye lost, we would lose the one superfight the HW division can offer.

Still, fair point. Who the **** wants to see Haye-Harrison II??

    Ridiculous argument.

Harrison winning doesn't mean boxing fan don't see a good fight.

As a boxing fan, i only wish it's gonna be a good fight.
And then, if Haudley wins, then that means...another good fight.

If Harrison wins, Haye loses so much credibility that a rematch will have no affect on the division at all. At this point the fight is annoying because everyone wants to see Klitschko-Haye, but if Haye does lose no one will care about that fight any more

I think its important to point out, its a big fight because boxing needs a unified HW champion. It wouldn't matter if Haye, Harrison, Arreolla or Monte Barret had the WBA strap..it would be a big fight because its a unification fight.

It has nothing to do with Haye being compelling, interesting and surely not deserving.

Once Haye loses that belt, he's yesterdays news and the new holder becomes "the big fight" opponent everyone will be talking about.

I don't care if Harrison wins, he'd probably be willing to fight more than once a year

I absolutely can't stand it if someone wants to tell others what "real boxing fans" should think, believe, desire about boxing. That's just terrible arrogance.

I hope Audley wins. Huge upsets tend to stir up boxing. Haye never brought the excitement he promised, Audley winning would be an incredible story and maybe Haye would have a chance to grow up and mature.

Well Haye doesnt look like is willing to get in with the Klitchskos so what does it matter. If anything it might be good for the sport to have a Audley win to throw in some controversy in the HW division.

    what a load of ****.

Audley is a guy whos fallen time and time again. taken everything all the downs all the humiliation all the negativity all the criticism. And stayed strong. Never gave up belief. kept fighting. kept plugging away. Now hes rewarded with a title shot.

If he was fighting a worthy worthy champion whos GOOD for boxing then yea you could say lets hope he loses. But Haye is hardly setting anything alight is he. he wont ever fight a klitschko. so WHAT GOOD will it do if he remains champ!
