I was a bit surprised to find out that Pac hits harder than Margo.

    from http://www.boxingnewsonline.net/BN08/detail.asp?id=2076

Joshua Clottey (has fought both men)
I think it's going to be a good fight but I know for sure Pacquiao is going to win. Not just because he beat me before but because he has more speed and he hits a bit harder than Margarito. Margarito doesn't have a great defence either. He's going to fight like 'do or die' and as a result, he'll get hit a lot. You have to understand how good Pacquiao is and that he has power because he's fought and beat bigger guys. If Margarito can understand that, it will be a good fight, but if he goes in there thinking it's 'do or die' I think he'll lose and Pacquiao might stop him.

Who cares what Clottey has to say? After that disgraceful performance against Pac I was hoping to never see or hear him again.

Shane Mosley also said Cotto hits harder than Margarito (the guaranteed cement block free version).

The problem with Pac's opponents is that they underestimate him. They all think that they are the bigger and stronger fighter....guess what, they were all proven wrong in the end.

This then clears Margarito of using illegal substances in handwraps in his fight against Clottey.

Margo was never a big puncher. But Clottey also fought him at welterweight. Margo will be a lot bigger against Pacquiao.

Clottey has the credibility to make this statement though as he fought both men.

Clottey is a guy with some talent but never seizes the moment in any of his fights.

Has anyone asked Cotto who hits harder? I would like to hear his opinion.

It's funny when some of you losers disregard what a world class fighter has to say... As if what you have to say is something people care About.

I would much rather hear a professional fighter who has fought both men talk about the upcoming fight , then listen to some ignorant keyboard warriors.

It was hardly disgraceful. He went 12 rounds with one of the best fighters of the last 20 years. How would you have got on ?
