    I saw a different fight. He didnt just turn up for the pay cheque. You seriously suggesting he didnt want to beat the best fighter in the world? Or could it be he was out-fought, out-thought and well beaten by the better fighter? It does happen you know.

    Nothing Clottey did over the course of that fight to me suggested that he wanted to win and I'm not alone in my opinion, look around.:deal

    ...people are complaining about the way Clottey fought Pac not considering the fact that that has always been the way he fights. He is an overly-defensive fighter that goes in to a shell when hit and Pac just made that style more evident because Pac hit Clottey hit him more at a more sustained rate.

    he was in survival mode in that fight, he didnt want to fight. that affects the way to take punishment. had he been moving more and catching punches and trying to hurt manny he might very well be singing a different tune. he was a human punching bag. manny could connect at will. maybe not cleany but clottey would definitely feel the full force of those punches.
