Wow, i just found out the guy was born in Lubbock TX...Which is around 3 hours away from my hometown Odessa, TX!

I like Rios a bit more now :good

Among other important differences, Tyson was a person who had an interesting personality and clearly did some thinking once in a while, he's got **** for brains, this guy.

 

Brandon rios is loving from all the attention his getting this, he doesn't care what people think as long as people mention his name and recognize his face. All his doing is raising his stock with hbo 24/7, good fighter the antagonistic villain star that hbo will be featuring in the near future.

 

I wouldnt want him dating my sister...or my sisters friends sister.

 

Look for rios vs ortiz in the near future in an hbo 24/7 series, i have a feeling the bad blood they have will boil over into a great fight. This will be a great fight for boxing.

 

I like Rios. He's a good up and coming fighter. I don't get bothered by trash talk and I'm not easily offended at all so none of that **** bothers me. I actually find his antics pretty funny, but I really only care about what he does in the ring. I'd like to see him step up in class soon here because I think he's got the talent to beat a lot of the guys out there.

 

The loudmouth badboys in Boxing will always exist no matter what. Might as well get used to them. After the recent debacle Rios lost a lot of love from fans but he knows it won't stop them from watching his fights. Even if it's negative he's getting more attention and that's not bad for his career.

Love him or hate him, it's your call. I choose to look past his crass behavior. He is fun to watch when he's fighting in the ring.

 

Loud mouthed and clearly lacking on brains. And I find it laughable anyone comparing him and Tyson. Mike had a good personality, a bit of intellect and his boxing knowledge and analysis is outstanding. I very much doubt Rios sits and watches classics fights hours on end. Seems a complete space cadet.

 

I don't mind the fact that he's a trash talker, I love a good trash talker, pretty much all of my favorite fighters are trash talkers, it's the fact that he's dumb as dry ****. He's just a meat head who's dumb and has an obnoxious personality and is oozing it out all the time. Nothing interesting about him, just a standard meat head, the only difference is he's got a big mouth so he's assulting us with his meat headizm all the time. With his boring vanilla personality. No brains, no flavor, no wit or humor, no nothing.

Exactly! Mike was an interesting person. He had an interesting personality and he had brains, so when a guy like that has a big mouth it's good.
