    GO HAYE!
I used to be a Harrison hater, then felt real pity for him.
His constant chanting of the 'yes i can' mantra is winding me up, can't wait to see him outclassed and KO'ed

i support the fight...i have no problem with it at all...

i dont buy into the whole "haye should be fighting a klitshko right away" view

and i dont buy into the whole "harrison could actually do this" view either.

but i'll be watching...looking forward to it too.

1 step forward 3 steps back he ducked out of a fight over a year and a half ago and despite 3 years of **** talking has never had the balls to get in the ring with either brother. And yet some of his blind fans have the same sorry ass excuse.. well he will fight him this year just wait same story all of 2009 and 2010... Yeah what ****in ever if you enjoy being taken for a ride or are that blinded by nationalism have fun with this pathetic joke of a fight, You dont want people bringing up the past because it just shows how big of a joke haye has become with all his **** talking combined with with his lack of balls...

Pretty much sums it all up.

Then you are in the wrong place mate, this forum doesn't contain the "masses", we are all (well mostly!!!) legitimate boxing fans who have weighed up the situation and made our own minds up about the fight.

I can't see that having the same old gripes in these threads is going to make any one suddenly change their minds at this late stage....

I think it's a good thing, he'll be faster and sharper. There's no point putting on bulk for the sake of it.

War Haye.I used to be a fan of Harrisson but he freezes on the big occasion and disappoints,Haye doesn`t.
Harrisson will probably be stooped within in 3 rounds, sky have done a great job of hyping this fight making people think it`s 50-50, i was stunned seeing the poll in boxing news being 53%-47% in in favour of Harrisson.

Yep, esp when I'd guess his speed and mobility will be what he will be hoping to beat Audley with. No matter how much he bulked he was never going to get to the point where he was a comparable size to Harrison, so why bother trying?

Ya I think a lot of the smaller heavyweights try to increase their weight to get closer to the big guys like the Klits, but I don't think it helps. It's better to just fight at your more comfortable weight than to be 10 pounds closer on the scales.

I'd say that's what Haye did when he came to the division, but maybe this signals a change in tactics. Even though I'm loath to admit it, if he's still figuring out things like this, it's probably good to get some HW fights like this as prep for the Klits.

Its been proved pretty conclusively that the common tactic of waiting around on the end of a Klitscho jab for them to over commit or make a mistake doesn't work.

Static opponents are getting softened up too much on the outside long before Wlad or Vit look like they are fatigued enough to make a mistake. At least a 15st Haye might be able to offer a different gameplan to those guys?

I think Haye looked slightly on edge at first when he came out.

Audley looked extremly cool and calm.
