One interesting talking point might be the fighters who made the 20-30 slots on peoples lists. I expect them to be more diverse and thought provoking than the fighters who made the 1-20 slots.
This is a bad pick, but I would be interested to hear the argument for this choice and many others. Some would turn out to be bad picks, and others would turn out to be surprisingly plausible on closer inspection.
I agree. I have Harold Johnson in there, I took a deeper look into his hw resume and it´s better and deeper as that of many career hws who are certain picks for most like Vitali Klitschko, Ernie Shavers or even Gentleman Jim. I also guess that some will have the same problem tommygunn described in this thread:
It get's real tricky even after number 15 for me personally. The 20-30 slots are a real struggle. Particularly without any feedback (hint hint )

Here's a guy that's bound to be forgot: Jimmy Bivins. A better resume than many Heavyweight Champions despite never getting a crack at the title himself. A top contender for many years and a dangerous gate keeper at the end of his career, pulling off several upsets. Mike DeJohn Coley Wallace Clarence Henry Pat Valentino Turkey Thompson Lee Q Murray X3 Curtis Sheppard x4 Oakland Billy Smith Archie Moore Tami Mauriello Bob Pastor Lee Savold Joey Maxim and I'm sure I forgot some
That is an interesting pick. Harold Johnson did better against some common oponents at heavyweight, than Ali and Liston. There is a little more to him than meets the eye.
