I don't think Floyd ducked Manny. Floyd has only had 3 fights in 3 years I believe. Plus he said before the Shane Mosley fight that he wasnt going to fight again this year. Im not sure if Manny has agreed to random testing(but I think he has). None of them are ducking each other.
