DLH, Ricky, JMM, Diaz and a slew of other fighters weren't top rank. PAC fights the best fighters....or at least tries....but he can't force the best fighter to face him.

PAC's not concerned with drug testing b/c no one will ask him to test except Floyd....but even if PAC agreed to all the testing Floyd wanted it's still not enough to get the fight done.

PAC is by far the #1 fighter......and who knows....we might just see that "MOVIE" about Manny like they did for anther great boxer...ALI!
