So, what you are saying you base his ranking on him beating one of the worse alphabet belt holders and speculation. Well, of course you can do so but if you do you must also live with me critizising it.

Not really. Guys like Fitz, Moore, Greb and so on are in there because they have the resume and/or achievements for it. Jones was a great fighter but ranking him as a Top30 at hw based on one fight? Sorry, buddy, that´s reaching too far. The divsision has 130 years of history with thousands of fighters competing, do you really think one win over an average guy is good enough to be amongst the best ever there?

Byrd has a better body of work than Douglas or Spinks who are on your list.

Well, he was one of the best defensive heavyweights of all time, he beat some good opponents, including Holyfield ( Holy was past his prime, yes)....but, i think Byrd deserves credit for always fought at a huge size and weight disadvantage....

Excuse me my english is not very good ...

Why is Holmes so good that he gets two places on the list?

Probably because i copied Muchmoore's list & then fiddled around with it, since i didn't feel like typing out all the names.

Now i'll have to decide who to include, to replace "Holmes 2".
