wow. floyd is winning every fantasy matchup:lol::lol:
thats why floyd is still in hiding because he knows even though he isnt fighting, his fans will still think he is the greatest and will win against any fighter.:-(

Good post but what I disagree with is how you said Manny is a artist and what Floyd does can be taught. ....

It's not an art to land 20% of your punches. Manny has blossomed but he's still the root fighter he's always been and thats a brawler. He's still most effective in exchanges. His art is more like a ****** that splatters paint on a canvas. **** is raw but wreckless . He's a polished brute.Against someone who can time him and counter him his rhythm doesn't flow good. His best work is against come forward brawlers.Bottom line:Checker player just learning about chess.

Floyd is a true artist . He doesn't waste a punch, a breath, a step. Everything has a purpose with Floyd and nothing is wasted. The man operates on multiple levels. Physical, mental, spiritual. He's so much more refined and aware than Manny . Too graceful for Manny and he has a 6th sense. He feels punches coming like a jedi or some ****. Floyds art is like Michealangelo. His style is no style. That why the only blueprint is
a punchers hope with him.He adjusts to all and has seen it all.Bottom line:Chessmaster on the brink of jedi master.

I agree! The fight will turn out like all of Floyd's other fights and he will control the pace and the range. People are going to wonder why Manny is not getting off and can't land combos!! Whats the first punch you learn in boxing? The jab and Floyd's jab is going to be like a laser in that fight and these *******s think Floyd is going to use his Philly style defense against Manny from the outside! LMAO!! He will use his high guard on the inside and his shoulder roll on the inside and bully the **** out of Manny!

This was a good fight congratulations Manny and what a good tear up, i'm pleased to say it went how i thought it was but slightly disappointed when i saw margarito cut as i wanted to see a fight.

Manny was easy to hit by a slow fighter who landed several shots at a time and suprisingly even managed to land a triple jab to times and manny actually had the problem of blocking and seeiung these things.

Floyd would absolutely school the brakes off of this guy and tko him around 11.

The fact that margo actually caught up with him and snapped his head back, makes you remeber the floyd shane fight, can you imagine those on pacman.??

    He looked so uncomfortable.

If you watch floyd against every south paw he gets hit with the left alot. That's a lot of cryptonites listed there for a guy nobody can beat. Floyd got hit by Sharmba and looked slow, fought the worst fight of his life against Reggie Sanders in a fight that could have gone either way and one I thought Sanders edged three rounds to one, a southpaw. He got buzzed by Corley, got rocked early by Judah. Floyd has two cryptonites, quick handed pressure and left handed power, and Pac is the only guy who has both in spades. Hatton almost dropped him in round one and Castillo, even though Floyd won both fights legitimately on the scorecards, employed pressure successfully, as did Jesus Chavez and Soto and Carlos Hernandez at times, all fights were Floyd looked very ordinary. Oscar pushed him back with the left. Pac is better than all those guys by far.

This is slightly less than an even fight. If Manny hurts Floyd he will finish him. Margarito is a whole lot sturdier than Floyd, and for once the guy he is fighting won't be physically stronger than Pac. These guys are perfect for each other, Manny does have a weakness for a strong right counter than can land, and Floyd can't see powerful lefts coming and does not always show the best punch resistance, though his recovery is second to NONE. A perfect fight that Manny is winning by continually beating up bigger guys. All Floyd has to do to prove his greatness forever is smash Manny. If it's so easy he just should.

Sure, this might be an easy fight either way when they step in the ring, but Pac is a great, complete fighter who is fighting guys who are in the shape of their lives to face him knowing what he brings to the table.

what i mean by artist and floyd being the professor, is more like- floyd fights a perfect fight- he dosent take risks- he s got perfect fundamentals- if you were to make a boxer that couldnt lose- that had every asset- it would be close to floyd. he dosnt make mistakes , he has every gift god has for boxers. i compare manny to an artist because - like an artist he does things differently, he breaks the rules, he throws punches when he should cover up, he is creative and impulsive, almost wreckless at times. but in fairness- both are masters, both are artists.

i think its a mistake to label manny as being just a slick brawler though, what he does is pure talent, his defence was pretty improved tonight- considering his reach disadvanatage, his movement was amazing, his accuracy was incredible, to move that quickly, ducking and dodging while throwing was impressive. i think peple have got to start giving credit for manny being a great boxer, as well as a great fighter, just because he takes his feet of the ground, he crosses his legs, he hits with the hand that dosent have the same foot planted, all these rules he breaks, makes it look awkard at times- but htats his genius- he s talented enough to get away with doing things that arent textbook, hence the artist analogy.

if youre going to say manny dosent have great boxing skills, then you d be as wrong to say floyd cant punch- and bang,- and attack and is a runner. neither is fair to either man.

i think they re just both incredible fighters- they both just go about their craft in different ways, manny with a 70/30 emphasis on offence/defence, floyd with a 30/70 emphasis on offence defence.

again, im as big a fan of both guys- it shits me that so called boxing fans cant see how amazing both guys are for what they do- just because theyre different dosent mean either is wrong or flawed- it s both led to unprecedented success for either man.

its kind of like a kung fu movie- where it comes down to a showdown of two ultimate styles, pacquiao s and floyds- and seeing which is the ultimate.

come on....we learned nothing from this fight...

    1. We knew Pac was an offensive juggernaut already

    2. Margo is at best a B- fighter( he got punched in the head 401 times in one night.....he doesnt even know the basics of putting his hands up...im tempted to give him a C just off that merrit)

    3. Come on who honestly didnt see this ass whoopin comming? They said he had a chance ONLY because he was big and strong......WTF? Pac is regarded as the best fighter this generation with possibly the best trainer aslo.....you mean to tell me you couldnt see this shyt comming considering the HUGE gaping advantages Pac held in every ASPECT of boxing other than size?

and some of you say you know boxing......BULLSHYT!
