Im a fan of Pacman and Floyd.. 3 years ago i said 60-20 FLOYD. Now its 51-49 PACMAN. Anything can happen. Its just sad Floyd has many excuses by not signing in what could have been the biggest fight since Hagler vs. Leonard.

It'll be an SD either way. Both styles are a nightmare for each other.

Yup. They're both each other's 'weak spot' to a certain extent. I just happen to think that Mayweather poses slightly more problems for Pac than Pac does for Mayweather, but I've got no problem with people who see it slightly the other way.

    - haha- thanks- but seriously- as a boxing fan- i think my head would explode when they finally get in the ring together- its such a good fight- its almost a mythical matchup - like when we say tyson versus ali- thats how good these two guys are. i think anyone that discredits either one of them isnt being fair. theyve both accomplished so much - neither is a phony or a fraud or will be exposed. theyre the very best at what they do- and they have a chance with a trilogy to make boxing the biggest sport in the world again. it just pisses me off when people discredit one or the other. they both deserve our admiration for their skills if not our love.

defense wins championships but the best defense is a great offense. Pac wins by a nose

Firstly, great performance from Manny last night.. Margarito proved once again that his chin is iron.

If Manny fought Floyd though, he'd lose.. simple. Would be a great fight, but Floyd's straight right down the pipe would be the difference.

    FLOYD TKO

Floyd would not be "turned" like Margarito and Cotto were...The Clottey and JMM fights both gave a good view of "why" Floyd could win on pts in against Pac or catch him over the top with the right when he throws that short jab, and keep him handcuffed...Floyd mos def not dumb enough to trade with Pac....n he has the footwork to turn with Pac so he can stay in his own fight game and "box."

Pac was open to being countered in both Clottey (when he would throw a punch) and JMM fights....

Floyd is more mobile than Clottey and won't be handcuffed like Clottey...When Pac throws he leaves himself exposed....JMM was able to capitalize on this and I think Floyd can too...On top of that Floyd has much longer arms than Manny and fights behind his height..something Tony nor Clottey nor Cotto nor De La Hoya did...Pac has a short jab and this could be the end of him...Floyd may not be the most "powerful" puncher but when u don't see it coming than it doesn't take nearly as much force....

Ref stops it in 10...Floyd will find some range and be able to "turn" with Pac...

    Your comparison is ****.

Why don't you try MJ vs. shaq.

Shaq is one dimesnional with power, can't throw freethrows and just barrel his opponents. I am sure that MJ would win one on one but it would be a hard work. Skills vs. Power/size.

It surely would not be a walk in the park.

Bugsy vs. MJ is a bogus comparison.

He ate punches from a 165 pound fighter without being KOed. What would Mayweather's brittle hands do?

absolute pick 'em fight. one thing pac would have in his favour though is he'll have the perfect sparring partner in amir khan - fast, skilful, long reach, elusive - who could floyd spar with to recreate manny's style?
