Soto Karass physically scared me when he took all those shots in the second and still came out fighting as if it were nothing

Judging nowadays just doesnt work. I think Boxing should find an alternative, because judges are getting paid to be bias towards non-american fighters. Its ruining the sport

Mike Jones does not look to have the work rate, the technical ability or the fighting heart to be a top fighter.

Karass stole his heart by a very basic come forward style, and only the bias judges know why they scored that fight for Jones.

Jones woke up in the last two rounds and won them convincingly, but that was when he needed a knock out to win.

Karass by a minimum of 2 rounds on my card.

Lets just say judges are biased toward the hometown fighters. That would be an accurate statement

He easily won the last 2 rounds, but he needed a knockout to win the fight with two rounds left.

In every country the unbeaten fighter, will often get a gift. That is when despite the fact, it was obvious Jones had lost the fight. I knew there would be at least one paid off judge scoring the fight. It turns out there were at least 2 judges on the payroll last night, and they scored it for the over hyped prospect.

Horrible decision. I score body shots so I had Soto ahead by a handful of rounds but I was sure that the hype job will get the decision.

Based on wining the first two rounds and being constantly backed up and punished against the ropes after??

Many concede that Jones EASILY won rounds 1-2 and 9-10, it was only a 10 round fight...I thought he won the 8th as well and I don't recall the round numbers but there were two rounds that were either way type rounds, I don't see all the uproar. He won a split decision...it's not as if he got a sweeping UD, but to act as if there was no way he could have won the fight is just being stubborn and looking for a reason to *****.

Why not go to 5 judges and then the best score for boxer A and the best score for boxer B are each thrown out, with the middle 3 scores providing the basis for the decision?
