The funny thing was Anderson wasnt throwing back was he, and actually slumped into the refs hands after he called the stoppage:good

Groves has a style which needs high refinement to pull off at a high level, i doubt he will beat Degale due to the clash in styles but i do think they will be operating at about the same level in a good few years time.:good

Well he wasnt slumped on the canvas like Groves was. Groves was more hurt than Anderson, the ref won the fight for Groves:good

I couldnt really give a toss about you to be honest, but you seem to have seen fit to follow me around and troll my posts on nearly every thread, seeming this is all merely because I had the outright audacity to portray Lee Murtagh in anything but a negative light.

You seem to have a perverse inftauation with Lee, which somehow has spilled over to me because I dont share your views on him.

    This content is protected
on here (and BoxRec) shows you have an agenda with regards him and possibly some sort of history.

    This content is protected
of being biased towards Murtagh because I was in your words his friend.

    This content is protected
Murtagh had "renounced being Irish" because he fought for a BBBoC santioned title, whilst defended the likes of McCloskey and Lindsay for doing the same.

    This content is protected
of being a Keyword Warrior, yet you know who I am but refuse to disclose who you are, stating you are far to important for all that.

    This content is protected
of always "sucking up to the Breen-Magee duo" and laughing too hard at Eamonn's jokes. Yet I can guarentee you have NEVER seen me have a conversation with Magee let alone kissing his ass - please tell me where you seen me talking to him if I am wrong, I would be interested to hear this because I know the only two times i have encounters the man. You wont answer this.

    And now all this!

So according to you I am some sort of rent boy for Murtagh, Magee, Breen and Anderson - maybe I should be as rude and aggressive as you to ensure so that I can hide my amorous feelings toward them?

I tried being polite with you at first, ignoring your unwarranted attacks but the act is wearing thin especially as the majority of your posts on here seem just to be
    This content is protected
my post and little or no relevance to the threads your are posting on and simply picking up on
    This content is protected
    or
    This content is protected
errors in my posts (or articles).

You are obviously an intelligent chap so your unnecessarily negative, childish and bile ridden posts simply bemuse me.

Groves was punching back despite being hurt and Anderson wasnt, thats just the way the cookie crumbles. Groves was hurt but his body punching put Kenny to the point of collapsing, he was going to use the guys head as a speedbag if the fight continued, good call by the ref imo.

I've no problem with the stoppage, Anderson was running out of gas and seemed like he was wading through molasses in the final round.

With regards the level playing field comment, that was in reference to the notice period to the fight. Yes, both only know they were fighting each other in two weeks but they were on two different very paths at the time.

I have nothing against Groves, good luck to him, I just didnt like his patter in the lead up to the flight or his disrespectful demeanour at the weigh in.

I'd like to see a properly scheduled rematch, I think that that match would still have credibility even though Groves stopped Anderson, what do you think?

I agree but the way that happens is Anderson putting himself in a position to be mandatory for Groves if he is a British or European champion. If Andeson wants it again earn the fight by beating decent opposition don't just make excuses and shout for a rematch.

Don't think you can let the pre fight stuff annoy you to much, its all part of the game. Groves obviously wanted to wind up Anderson and get into his head and it clearly worked.

Groves was on his arse so how was he punching back?.

How can you say Groves got in Andersons head?, Groves was fighting Andersons fight, Anderson was in control he just gassed, why he gassed I don't know but he fought two weeks before he was meant to so I would imagine it had something to do with that.

Ive met Kenny anderson when we went to see Roy Jones. Hes a nice bloke but should have taken a knee. The bodyshots were killing him so if the ref hadn't of stopped it, he would have been beat eventually.

In the third round it looked like man v boy and the bell saved george groves. I think Degale is in another league and Groves should fight Smith next to defend his commonwealth belt to find out where he is. I think Degale will beat Smith exciting division though.

did you not see the weigh in?? I don't think Groves was fighting Andersons fight. I thought he won every round apart from the 3rd.

also you can't say pushing a fight back by two weeks does nto have a negative effect. Fighters train to peak on fightnight. I am not saying it as bad as Anderson having to push it forward, but its still not good.

Yes I did see the weigh in, what has that got to do with anything?, Groves looked nervous and uptight at the weigh in.

If you honestly think Groves won every round apart from the 3rd then I don't even think I'll bother arguing with you because you clearly don't have a clue.
