When will Pacquaio fight on an even playing field?

Catchweight with Cotto, DLH, Margarito his best wins. Already got caught trying to load his gloves against Margarito by twisting the tape this time and we seen he didn't have any power. And the big point about his steroid usage still allowed by fighters just in need of a payday. Enough with the bull**** fight at a level weight where a fighter does not need to cut heavily and we can see a fair fight!

 

Maybe if he moves back down to LW. Until then he'll always be at a size disadvantage.

Pac will fight on an even playing field when he eventually goes back to fighting men his own size. Until then, he will continue to fight against his opponent and significant size disadvantages.

Its a size ADVANTAGE if his opponent is having to cut ridiculous weight weeks before. Pac is not a power puncher and most of his fights go to the later rounds where this is critical.

I don't care if Pacquiao asks for a catchweight. He's the guy who should be fighting at 140lbs, yet he was against a guy weighting 165 on fight night. Who gives a **** if he asks for a catchweight, when he's at such an enormous disadvantage?

The only realistic challenges are when Pacquiao has a disadvantage in size. Against anyone close to his size, he will destroy them. All the catchweights do, is make it a level playing field.

The catchweight helped Margarito far more than Pacquiao.

Margarito had been at 147 for years, then had one fight at 154, and Pac fought him at 150, where he rehydrated back to 165.

Cotto weighed in 146 vs Clottey, and in his next fight vs Pac he weighed in 145.

Pac fought Clottey at Clottey's weight, 147.

Pac fought Hatton at Hatton's weight, 140.

Pac fought Oscar at 147 after Oscar's previous fight was at 150. It wasn't Pac's fault that Oscar managed to make a complete mess of weighing in 3lbs lighter than his previous fight, it was Oscar's.
