With more than 2 weeks notice Anderson would have beaten Groves....

    I missed the first, then:

    2 - Groves
    3,4 - Anderson
    5 - Groves

When I watched the replay, I gave Groves the first and my other scores stayed the same. So, prior to the stoppage, I had it even. I do think Anderson was unlucky getting stopped, but he looked all-in.

I don't think even a biased fan could make a serious argument for Anderson outside of the 3rd and 4th. Do you think Groves has been exposed in any way, Rob?

yes, I expected that sort of reply.

It must be hard to actually face the ****ish way you have behaved since joining ESB, especially when it is laid out in front of you like that. Easiest just to brush it aside.

    Keep on trucking.

Actually I had him winning the first easily and shadin the second as well.

Were the judges scorecards made public?

Not at all. Anderson is good enough to become a British champion, infact I think he would beat Paul Smith by KO. He will of learned more from that fight than his previous 10.

I have watched every Andre Ward fight now. He got put down a few times in his first 15 fights. Groves showed he has allot of heart and the ability to perform under pressure.

I know Groves is a cockney so you are utterly biased and will defend him to the last, like Barker and Haye, but Anderson won rounds one and two. I was sat at ringside besides some of the national journalists and they had him winning them as well so I am not alone on that score.

However, scoring rounds is a very subjective artform.

Brilliant effort from your boy and Anderson has, once again, gone up in my estimations.

Groves does deserve credit though, he got through hairy moments in that fight.
