Who has Haye fought in his heavyweight fights that is better than any of the last 10 fighters Wlad has fought?

No, I am tired of this "Wlad has never faced anyone as dangerous as Haye" threads. Even the biggest Wlad fan would have to admit that Haye has the potential to beat a Klitschko on a good night. There's nothing to discuss.

One could go into the details and argue that guys like Chambers and Byrd have much better ring generalship, footwork and movement than Haye but I am not even getting into that. To what avail? The Haye fans think his footwork is great, they think his reflexes are second only to Ali and they think his chin is really "pretty good" as he just ran out of gas whenever he got wobbly knees.

What I don't understand is why these threads always only concentrate on Haye's strengths but completely ignore his numerous weaknesses and shortcomings?

Good post. Haye moves a lot but it's not that effective. It's not like he's dodging everything like someone like Tyson used to do.

Good post. Wladimir has the better footwork but Haye has better footspeed. I think Haye is clumsy in the footwork department and uses reflexes more to evade punches. Wladimir has good defensive footwork as he can use his feet to get out of harm's way but also he's in good position to punch usually. Both fighters have weaknesses but Haye has more work to do than Wlad does imo.

In reality neither Wladimir or Haye has fought a similar styled fighter. Wlad's competition comes a lot closer though.................Wlad's fought his entire career at Heavyweight and he's faced more opponents that are similar in style to Haye, than Haye has opponents that are similar in style to Wladimir.

Aren't you the guy in the Classic threads who thinks Frazier or marciano would have a serious shot at Wladimir or Vitali?

False. Nobody in the division throws a faster or more powerful 1-2 than Wladimir.

he is one of those butt hurt LL fans whose Life was ruined when Klitschkos came along:D

He also thinks Frank Brunos of the World would lose close UD's against Brothers if Bruno went and lose those Fights. Tim Witherspoon would also KO Wlad If im absolutely Right or was it James Smith:D

I think Haye would beat Wlad but Vitalli would be to strong especially in the chin area, if Lewis couldnt knock out Vitali with his big right then i dont see Haye doing it, but years are catching up with Vitali so who knows. I defianatly think Haye takes Wlad it would be a good fight.
