Most boxing fans knew Mayweather/DLH was going to suck. I didn't know it was going to suck that badly but...

Bull**** and you know it. You will not walk down the streets of Los Angeles, question 20 people, and get more than 1 person who knows about this fight.

Source? I just flipped the guide on the receiver to December 8th to purchase the PPV and it was $64.95. I then said hell no and left it alone.

Just so you guys know, if you have DirecTV someone else just said they are charging $10 less for it there. If you have Time Warner, you're ****ed.

I usually wind up doing that anyway, but $65 seems excessive. Not that I won't purchase, but these dumb ****s don't understand simple supply & demand.

I believe a LOT more people would purchase PPV if it were more reasonably priced. The question is, what is the optimal price for maximizing revenue?

    I'm guessing, less than $25.

Thank god my local TV station is airing that card on sunday night, just a few hours after the fight is over. I will stay away from these boards for the sunday. I'll have to watch commercials between rounds instead of replays, but that's fine by me.
