Leonard and it's not debatable at this stage.

If Pacquiao wants to pass Leonard, he will need a win over Floyd or several other big wins.

I think it's clearly Leonard, however its closer than people are making out. LukeO said it best when he mentioned that Ray is possibly the most complete fighter of all time , when you add this to the fact that he holds wins over Benitez, Hearns, Duran and Hagler then you've got to rank him higher but there's a lot of people on this thread who are undermining Pacquiao simple because they don't like the guy or they're one of these fans who simply don't believe that any modern fighter can possibly be as good as the old guys. If Pac beats Mayweather and Martinez he's got a good case to be ranked higher.

Pac was a lineal 112 champion at 19!!! He started early!! He was 24 annihilating Barrera

What i meant was Leonard reached his full potential very young, thanks to an amateur career.

Pac reached his much later, as he had to learn on the spot so to speak.

What made the fight with Barrera even more monumental was the fact that Pac took that fight on a 2 week notice and he performed like a true great fighter, beating another great in his prime.

    Yes.
Leonard didn't climb in weight as smoothly as Pac did; he lost the Hearns rematch, struggled big time with Lalonde and was unimpressive vs Duran.
He then lost at 33 to Norris while coming down in weight.
Pac has been dominant climbing up the weight classes, and is arguably at his best even at 32.

I believe the Barrera fight was also on short notice.

Barrera was supposed to fight somebody else.
