I honestly felt like he was talking to Barrera in the second fight too, something to the same effect, but then Barrera actually hit him at times and I think threw a wrench in that coasting intention.

Unless you're blind, or a ****ing ***** ***gotron, you can see that Pacquiao took his foot off the pedal in the 12th round. His punches were meant to keep Margarito at bay and nothing more. Still had to protect himself because Margarito never stopped going for the KO.
