Pac is a natural FW Hearns natural WW. We can not compare their greatness by a H2H fantasy match up. I'll give an example even if Pac is able too beat the **** out SRR that doesn't put him higher in the ATG list because SRR has more wins over HOF and ATG and better resume. H2H fantasy match ups are speculations and doesn't determine ATG status. The only, more or less, objective criteria are their records, titles and most importantly wins over HOF and ATG.

If Pacquiao meant it as you trying to say then he would demand Roach to make the fight happen. But Pacquiao didn't even say it out of his own mouth in the first place lol.
