The tape had a black logo on it, again there is a video in this thread in which Freddy Roach describes the methods used when DLH wraps his hands, the ridges over the knuckle area etc...
Now look at Mannys hand in that picture, look at the ridges, and it just so happens to be on the left hand in which is the hand that broke Margaritos eye socket.
When you look at the right hand you clearl see gauze being applied over the tape which has the black logo, and if you look close enough you can see three strips of white medical tape over that other tape that has the logo on it, meaning the wraps could have potentially been stacked.

and what does a stacked wrap feel like? Some argue its cast like when you apply tape then gauze then tape then more gauze then tape.

I have yet to see Margarito OR Garcia say anything as of yet. I think if there was anything of merit at all to any of this, it would have surfaced by now and at least been vocalised by Margaritos camp.

I thought it was odd that they gave Pac liberty to wrap his own hands while Roach was in the other guy's room supervising Marg's wrapping. I just kinda shrugged it off moments later. I figured maybe there's something I missed. Turns out Marg's trainer had a right to complain. But still, I don't see how Pac can have an advantage with tape. It doesn't harden or would make him punch faster. I'm interested in hearing Robert Garcia's comments about the fight. He's been quiet.

They cant make public statements about the incident, cause there are clauses in the contract, that they cant say certain things to the media, or else they dont get full pay.

Robert did raise concerns to the commission and explained why, he brought up the ridges on the pad, but the commissioner basicly told him to go **** himself.

and stacking tape then gauze then tape then gauze, basicly makes a cast... watch the Ward Kessler fight, while Kessler was getting his hands wrapped wards people made them re wrap and explained exactly what i just said.

Has there been any post fight interviews with Robert? I know he filed a complaint but I'm wondering if he feels the fight would have had a different outcome if Pac's hand wraps were redone. As for the "stacking" technique, is that what Team Pac specifically administered? I didn't see the whole process. I just saw Pac wrap his own hand with tape, which as Emmanuel Steward mentioned, is technically illegal.

Exactly how he wrapped them if you look at the shitty pictures you can see the right hand being finished, but note the tape under the gauze, when you apply tape then gauze then tape again then gauze again you can basicly make a cast, look at that right hand... you clearly see gauze being applied over the tape.
Then take a look at Mannys knuckles on his left hand (the hand that did the damage to Tonys eye) notice the ridges on those knuckles that too is something Robert Garcia brought up but was basicly told to **** off. Steward did mention it and stated it was illegal because it is... I can promise you this, if Margaritos hands were wrapped using that method they would have made him re wrap it and they would have been arguing that he shouldnt be in boxing because he attempted to cheat with his wraps again.

I noticed irregularities with BOTH fighters. They were putting tape on what seemed to be the skin and using large amounts of tape.

I did notice that Pac's wraps had a big bulge on the knuckles while Margarito's was more flat.

Actually you didnt see tape being applied to Tonys skin... thats what they call pre wrap... its legal.
Manny was putting tape dirrectly on his skin then gauze then tape then gauze again and tape to finalize it.
Exactly and this is what Garcia was bringing up

and being more flat was what Garcia brought up to the commission but they blew him off.
