regardless of whether margarito is not as good as you say, Pacquiao actually had the nerve to fight him unlike Mayweather. That is special.

I think pac wants to get the floyd fight on but does floyd?? Im not convinced but i hope im totally wrong

It just seems to be one problem after another with floyd and his camp, if it was a hatton rematch i just cant see any of these problems being there or stopping the fight

 

this thread is wild...is margarito even ranked? the purpose of the fight was to build up the hype train by beating on a washed up, recently disgraced/knocked out/beaten fighter...mission accomplished...he beat a much bigger man in impressive fashion, but the man was never anything special to begin with, plus his notable career acheivements (cotto, cintron) are in question because he is a cheater.

 

I think Margarito is a better win than an ex wife.

Definitely amazing... You almost get the idea that Pac beat an ATG buy reading this thread... It was a good win by a great fighter...he did what he was suppose to do. But from reading this thread I think people lose site of the fact and fashion Marg gone beat senseless and stopped by Mosley... We all know and knew Marg is a punching bag for an offensive fast fighter...Mosley already showed us that...

 

People have been blowing Pacquiao over this win, when in reality, if letter graded, this fight is a "C+" at the absolute very best (if you believe the Mosley fight was the first time Margarito attempted to load gloves).

 

I kinda agree. I think it was a great win for pac and all but it has gone overboard a bit. I give him all the props in the world for going up and fighting a guy 20 pounds (or whatever it was) heavier then him but still this was Margarito who got his ass handed to him by Mosley and looked terrible his last fight. He's slow and **** and only moves forward.

I was rooting for pac to win because I didnt even believe this cheater should be fighting and I knew his speed was footwork was going to be way to much for Margarito.
Hell Cotto's not as fast as Pac and was winning until his stamina ran out.


I still am not sure how a Pac-Mayweather would play out but I'm leaning a little toward Mayweather.

 

Butthurt Nallege, dont worry ur daddy is also taking some spotlight too. He just recently poke a bodyguard so thats still considered spotlight.
