Which Slick Black US Boxers Has Pacquiao Avoided? I would say they Avoided him!

    I keep on hearing how Manny Pacquiao has avoided all of these great slick black american boxers .

    However I base my life on facts not fiction.

    He has always fought the best and never ducked anyone.

    Dont say Mosley , he is neither slick nor competitive today.

    Going through his entire career no black boxer was high enough in the rankings to support a true test.

    Talk is cheap Nate Campbell is a long way from slick , cannot make weight and has serious limitations.

    Tim Bradley is again easy to hit and it would be way too soon .

    Mayweather is the only one on the Horizon and that is still to be determined whether Floyd wants the fight.

    In the lower weights around Super Batam the Mexicans, Puerto Ricans and Asians rule , and he faced the best down there.

    I dont mind being proved wrong and educated.

    Raheem? Not that Pacquiao avoided him though. He would have destroyed him, had they fought, anyway.

    It's just something for Pacquiao detractors to use to try and discredit his achievements.

    If it wasn't that it'd just be something like 'oh but he never took on any ginger haired fighters, and clearly ducked all fighters that were big Roy Orbison fans.'

    :lol: Casamayor was a shell by the time Pac got to lightweight. If he had fought him, he would've been accused of feasting on a past-prime fighter.

    Throw into the mix the fact that Casamayor is not a black US boxer nor particularly slick anymore, and you have a thoroughly dumbass answer to this question.

    And if Guzman had any fans, the fight probably would have been made, but he doesn't because he is an overweight irrelevance. Pac would brutalize him.

    He avoided Guzman, especially at 130lbs as Guz proved himself a top champion at that weight beating Soto and Barrios both top contenders, Soto was even considered as an opponent after Guz beat him. Even Roach said it was a nightmare style for Manny. Guzman isnt AA but it was a duck

    Pac does avoid black fighters though...

    He chose to fight HOF top 10 P4P calibre fighters like Morales, Marquez and Barrera...

    When instead he could've been fighting ATGs Derrick Gainer (owned by Marquez), Junior Jones (owned by Morales), and Kevin Kelley (owned by Barrera).

    Yeah, he's "Duckiao" alright...

    This is what I mean about fiction , tell me exactly when these fights could have been put together . It is easy to call out names , but were they fighting in the same divisions at the same times ? The only time when they were close is when Manny fought Barrera and Casa fought Corales. I think Barrera was a little better than corales???
