    A reflex is getting what happens, knowing what to do and sending the signal to do it. Reaction is actually doing it. Badly explained but you get what I mean I hope.

    fair distinction:good and here is maybe where the difference comes in between a 12 and 15 round fight...would jones' reaction time and reflexes be up to potshotting and moving away from a tactical master like moore for a full 15 :think
