Booth and Eddie Hearn were both in the studio together at the same time last week and they were promoting Haye and Harrison respectively and Boente is part of K2 promotions so its highly likely.
Booth and Eddie Hearn were promoting their farce of a so-called world championship fight. Unless the contract is 99% sorted, they won't be on together.
His European title wasn't really worth much, he fought Sprott for a vacant title. And I don't see how Haye-Harrison could ever be worth anything. By choosing to fight Harrison intead of fight a unification bout he not only wasted 6 months in the build up to that fight, but probably another 6 months because he'll be forced to fight a mandatory. Now I don't think a Klitschko fight will ever happen for him whether he wants it or not, because I'd pick Chagaev to beat him. Fighting Harrison could be the biggest mistake of his life if he loses his mandatory
Who knows, but ive a feeling that from now on Haye is gonna have to dance to sky's tune..he ain't getting no more soft touches with them anyway.
A unfication fight overides a mandatory doesnt it? Haye doesnt have to fight Chageav. THe Klitschko fight will happen and will the toughest fight for both Haye and Klitschko. Would like to see Vitali vs Haye first at Madison Square Garden, How great would that be, it would put Heavyweight boxing back on the map

Buncey, I agree the Klit fights will definetly happen now because I think Haye wants his legacy now. I think that Thompson loss back in the day helped them learn things more from a matchmaking standpoint more than anything elsse. Haye doesnt duck fights, he went to France to fight Mormeck, he fought Big Enzo and he took some hard European fights towards the end of his reign. As far as being European belt holder, its not who you beat to get the European title, its all about gettin it, Albert Sosnowski comes to mind.
Why do you think that will happen? Its 2 and a 1/2 years on since he ran up the stairs in London. He has turned down perfectly good offers. Chagaev will be next. Trust me. Or maybe it won't even be that good. Haye will do his talking but at the end of the day he needs a bum in front of him so he can have a wager on the 2nd round. Haye is a *****. end of story.
Haye was great as a cruiserweight. He fought pretty much everyone out there in Europe and the win over Mormeck was great. Then they managed to con Frank Warren and Enzo into thinking he was drained at the weight and that was also a great win against Maccarinelli in a proper all British fight. But since moving to heavyweight and the collapse of their TV deal with Setanta, Hayemaker have done nothing they said they would do. Fair enough they've made money and I agree that he'll fight a Klitschko next but it's not hard to see why a few boxing fans are pissed off with him and why the rest of the world and even some people in Britain couldn't give a toss about him right now. Also in terms of the European title. Matt Hatton's the current EBU Welterweight belt holder.. d'you reckon he should fight Manny or Floyd next? Anyway I've had enough of all this bitching about which boxer deserves which title and what not.. looking forward to hearing the show again Buncey!
I didnt say I werent pissed off with Hayemaker. 15quid for two live fights is an absoloute joke. Anyone else noticed that since Sky moved boxing to Saturdays the number of fights on the undercards has reduced? Thats enough till the Boxing Hour now.
I didn't think Audley would land more than 10 punches, does that count? I also said the fight would last as long as Haye wanted it to...
I'm sure Haye and Booth can convince Universum and Chagaev to hang tight on the mandatory shot. They know Haye is retiring next year and they will get their shot. Besides Chagaev can hardly talk, he spent the best part of 18 months as champion in recess, interim champion all the crap, when he was out..lot of guys wanted a shot at him then and there careers were put on hold then. So have Haye fight the Klitschko's we all want that and Chagaev can fight for the interim title on the proviso that he gets a shot at whoever the WBA champ is next october.
I agree Haye and Booth have the power to convince Chagaev's team to hold off for a while, but will they? People that read my posts know that I have AWAYS said haye will fight a Klit next year. I hope with all my heart that I'm right. Would it surprise me if he doesn't fight either before he retires...not in the slightest.
