Yes. Same as if Pac agreed the fight would have happened. How do you guys always make it seem one way and not both ways. Dude said drug testing held up negotiations. Pretty much what everyone's been saying. Drug testing is holding it up. All boils down to if you think the man is wrong for asking, or if you think the other man is wrong for denying. I'd assume the unbias person would say take the tests and show the world you're clean and the best fighter, but we live in a strange world.

 

Actually, if someone was accusing me of cheating and said he wouldn't fight me unless I took some special test that he is requesting, I would tell him to **** off. Even if I was clean.

 

Like I said... Strange world we live in... Don't prove you're clean, just fight people who have no chance to beat you. I love it.

I don't recall anyone having to come out and literally correct "misinformation" that was being spread by PBF's team. You go on and on about PBF this and that, but the only person who has been legitimately corrected and made to look foolish in this respect is Manny and his team.

 

Why? Would this be reasonable for the other elite athletes world wide who have to submit to these kinds of testing procedures and in many cases even more strenuous? Why would you not take tests if you were clean? Would it not impact your reputation more that you ducked the test and refused to take them?

Bend over because he asked for a drug test because his pops brought up concerns about Manny? How about 10mil per pound over 147? Has Manny not come in overweight in fights before? Why pick on just Floyd? Did he put that in any other contracts? Both had requests never asked before, thing is Floyd decided to agree and Manny didn't. Which is worst, PEDS or coming in a few pounds overweight?

The demand didn't hold up the fight, Manny refusing to meet the demand held up the fight. It's not PBF fault that Manny won't submit to top tier drug testing, and it's dumb to make it out to be some unreasonable demand. It's pretty much the law of the land in sports today...Except for Pac, he shouldn't have to take drug tests because he's "nice" GTFOH>
