Berto and Williams have charisma. Bradley, Alexander and Maidana do not. Berto could sell a fight but he hasn't really proven himself. Williams will be a household name soon, because he puts on entertaining fights.

As for being as charismatic as Mayweather, there is really no other boxer like Mayweather. Berto, Williams and Martinez are Pacquiao's best options.
