This would be a TERRIBLE fight. Mosley in his prime would have beaten Pac though.

I felt Mosley beat Cotto, personally. But it was close.

Mosley is actually 2-2-1 in his last 5 fights. In his last 4 fights, he's 2-1-1.

of coarse Shane will lose he's been out of his prime for years, he brought back flashes of his prime vs Marg bt then got creamd' by Pretty Boy Floyd then got a gift decision against Sergio Mora, a fight he def. shouldve won in my opinion...only fights I will accept are Pac vs the winner of Williams/Martinez or Pac vs the winner of Alexander/Bradley besides an obvious Mayweather fight anything else is nonsense

When a guy loses 11 of 12 rounds to another fighter(arguably 12 of 12) then the interest in seeing him fight one the best fighters dissipates quickly... Pac is arguably the best or 2nd best... Mosley clearly isnt. We just saw him thoroughly dominated...

At this point that is a wasted fight for Pac...I'd rather see him fight Bradley than Shane...

I don't agree, particularly from a fan-pleasing bout (toe-to-toe) or from an economic standpoint, either. Shane is a much larger draw than Bradley or Williams, and that isn't likely to change anytime soon.

I look at it like a Judah-Floyd fight: Baldomir kicked Judah's ass. But Floyd still fought Zab next even after Zab just lost. Why? Because some people still thought it might make a good fight, and it was a solid draw. And it turned out to be a fairly interesting fight.

Pacquiao doesn't have anything to prove against anyone any more. He's the 8-division champ who has fought several "Goliaths" now. The freak shows are probably over, which means that a showdown with Williams likely isn't in the cards (though that would be a great fight). Pac seems to want to make crowd-pleasing fights that will earn some good cash. He wants the Floyd fight, but that's probably not going to happen. I would love to see him fight the Bradley-Alexander winner, but his team might not think that's a big enough fight, financially.

Mosley fits the criteria for a "big" fight, even if he's not in prime form and hasn't been for a few years. He's still fast, still hits hard, is much larger physically and has a big name. He'll come to fight, he'll sign the contract and he is actively seeking out the fight.

Pacquiao would unleash an unforgivable beatdown on Mosley.

Shane Mosley needs to retire. I have no desire in seeing Pac fight Floyd leftovers

Mayweather is the only relevant fighter left for Manny. He beats anybody else 154 and below with relative ease imo

    Pac via KO6.

Mosley is ****ing shot. He doesn't need the beating. I really hope Top Rank finds someone else.

Mosley is strange.. 1 fight you think this guy is done and he should hang em up then you he fights again and looks awesome....

I still think Pac stops him late.

Pac by late stoppage or decision. Just too fast and strong for Mosley, Mosley isn't exactly in his prime(has been the case for years obviously) to offer much. Mosley is going to try hard early and gas early, horrible fight for Mosley at this stage.
