It's a pretty fair ultimatum. All he wants to know is if Floyd wants to fight next year or if he needs to focus on all the **** going on in his life right now. It's pretty stupid negotiating a fight that could be complicated by ongoing trials. He's not asking that Floyd sign anything in a few weeks.

That said, if this can't be made for whatever reason, I want to see Marquez III. Mosley needs to go after Berto's belt, and if he can manage to take it, unification bout with Pacquiao in late 2011.

At this point I am doubting if your 99% can even perceive. Top level drug testing is REASONABLE for the most lucrative fight EVER. Scuttling the fight over a lie about 14 days being offered is not. Especially to fight Clottey. Scuttling the fight while telling everyone you agreed to everything and then to be busted on HBO 24/7 with your people saying you agreed to 7 days is not.
