so you can justify a two 160 pounder fight at CW, while **** at a 140 pounder (arguably) guy fighting a 154 pounder guy at a CW? :good

Well...for one. They both fought a hell of a fight at 154 lbs. Secondly, Sergio is now THE LEGITIMATE CHAMP at 160, and if he has no issue with the C/W...why should we?

The issue with Pac's C/W title at WW. COTTO DID NOT WANT TO DO IT. But, after the president of the WBO was convinced this fight was 'good' for boxing, by Arum and Co., Cotto was given the choice of either walking away from the title or defending it at 145 (the weight they had agreed to, contractually, with NO title being on the line). Cotto is a warrior...so, of course he chose to defend his title, at 145.

The Margarito C/W. Sigh....C/W (vacant) title in a C/W division, against a guy who caught cheating, then KTFO. Why? Just fight for it at the limit. Or how about fighting a LEGITIMATE and more deserving 154 lber.

Wow, your strawman argument is laughable. If Team Pac feels that it can't fight fighters at the designated weight limits; THEN WHO'S FAULT IS IT? They should keep Pac in the weight classes in which he doesn't feel uncomfortable fighting fighters at the weight limits. To add further insult to injury, THEY FOUGHT FOR A VACANT 154 LB BELT THAT WAS STRIPPED FROM SERGIO, the true champ in that weight division. Was Pac or Margo ranked at 154 to even deserve a title in that weightclass? C'mon man...I know you don't buy that...

How long it took you to write this with the red and white letters..you say you dont care because they both agreed?..everytime theres is a cathweight fight, both of the fighters agree, otherwise there wouldnt be a fight..dummy!!

you know what, i do agree that there is a racial driven agenda in all the Pac hate but this is a dumb analogy to use.

did you even read your own post? let me ask you this...

If sergio and PW cant fight at the designated limits why are they fighting for the belt?

i agree that pac - margo shouldnt be for the title, but if you **** on thier CW fight, why not **** on PW-Sergio fight too?

You are a moron. Seriously. There are so many screw ups in this it isn't even funny. Still you post these things...

    It is a rematch.

The catch weight favors the European fighter.

Paul Williams ain't slick he is just effective.

Martinez is the legit title holder.

Why aren't we bigots? Because the scenario would have to line up completely different all in the smaller Black fighter's favor. Or the European fighter would have to have never fought the BEST Black American fighter at the weight. Your horrible scenario makes no sense no matter how you slice it.

    FAIL!

Because Martinez HAS the belt. It isn't for a vacant title.

So if you are the title holder you can fight at whatever weight you want to. You can't do so for a BS eliminator especially when you needed promoter fairy dust to even be ranked and eligible for a title shot.

Do you even read your own posts?
