PBF toyed with Chavez in that fight man, he was never really bothered by anything Chavez did. It's still one of my favorite PBF fights. PBF couldn't miss.

Are you denying that Floyd fought Chavez at his own game, got dragged into a war, then completely changed his tactics?! :huh

why would you expect a defensive fighter to beat another defensive fighter. offense beats defense...duh...

Pacquiao gets hit because he chooses to go into range so he can have a tear-up. If he wanted to stay outside, rattle off fast punches, and keep moving all the time, he could easily do it, probably stinking the place out in the process.

Offense sells tickets but defense wins championships. Remember that.

He better learn to become a completely different fighter then, if he's going to beat Mayweather. :rofl

You must also remember that was a younger PBF. Not to mention I honestly believe he was toying with Chavez trying out different **** and from the way he was able to hit Chavez so cleanly time after time who could argue against it?

Me, and anyone else who seen the fight, because PBF was involved in a tough scrap BEFORE he changed his tactics and THEN started winning easily. Have you actually seen that fight? :huh

Agree. Although I thought the reason he did'nt use his legs against Marquez, was cause Marquez refused to follow him around, so PBF decided to meet him in the centre, once in the center, Mayweather was able to peck and poke at him from long range due to his superior reach, and Marquez couldn't pick up any counters, cause he needs to draw you into mid range to counter, and he cant compete with you from long range cause he is not long enough, or fast enough. Against Mosley its anyone's guess, either his legs HAVE! gone, he wanted to be more exciting, he wanted to teach Shane a lesson for disrespecting him, god knows.:think

Agree, although having seen how Morales and other utilized the jab against Manny, I'd anticipate he would choose to use it, and as you say, he does have a a particularly good jab when he uses it.

    Fair enough.:thumbsup
