Since Chag is Haye's mando and Walker is always in good fights. Denis Boytsov on undercard. His fight is about to start, opponent looks terrible. Some flabby American guy. Think Chag is next up.
Didn't know this was on. Good man, I was slowly dying inside watching Wogan and Co. on Children In Need
Left hook from Boytsov and his opponent goes down. Serious mismatch here, I'll let Boytsov off as he's being out a long time with injury. Needs to step it up after this. Boytsov is looking to box but his opponent goes down again about a minute later. Somehow the Yank gets through the round but you get the feeling Boytsov can finish it whenever he wants.
Ooh, Boytsov loads up a big right hand and down his opponent goes. He gets up though and still want to fight, Boytsov unleashes a ripping left hook to the body and the ref stops the fight just as the guy gets up. The American complains. He was hopelessly outmatched but at least came to fight. Boytsov TKO2
Possibly one of the worst HWs I have ever seen. Surely they could have found someone a bit more durable to take Boystov a few rounds after the layoff. Got some good power for sure, maybe one to watch for after the Klits are gone.
Post fight interview in German. Boytsov asked a question and I could make out "Klitschko" in his response.
He looks excellent, tricky southpaw with good head movement. Very quick for a CW. Looks a great prospect. Hope to see a bit of Jack Culcay whos on this card as well
Nice bodyshot that!! First time I've seen Rakhim, looks good. Will be looking out for him in the future. Culcay's fight will be streamed live and legally on bild.de
That dude he beat when 12 with Flores and it took 4 rounds for Kayode to finish him off so he wasn't a total bum. Good to see Chakhiev building a career in CW as well, he'd be too small to compete with HWs. A few nice CW prospects around at the moment.
Even with the layoff I'd have thought Chagaev would have a better opponent than Travis Walker. A KO loss to Banks doesn't look good at all, bearing in mind he spends more time in Burger King than the gym in the leadup to a fight.
