Really looking forward to this fight. It has the potential to be fight of the year.

 

Got my fight night planned for tomorrow, the intermission to a full blown horror movie marathon weekend. Been looking forward to this one for a while. And unlike most fights, I like both of them and really have no desire to pick a winner, I'm just gonna be sitting back and enjoying. This is what boxing's about my man.

slippin' in and out,
dropping bombs left and right,
Martinez has no doubt,
he's come to fight tonight.

Williams coming back,
crowd gets to their feet,
as the punches talk the smack,
these boys came to compete.

laying it on the line,
we're seeing what they bring,
both fighters shine,
they leave it all in the ring.

I think the more slick boxer type is more adaptable so I favor Martinez. I feel like he's smart enough to make the adjustments on the fly and come with a good gameplan. Hope for a great fight but I'll be rooting for PW.

There's something in P Willy that makes me think he's gonna win. P Willy fights at a extremely consistent pace, it's like, he ain't slowing down, and if the other guy was fighting a close fight and slips or takes a breather, P Will is not, so he immediately takes advantage and takes over. Martinez surprised me though, I really thought he was fading vs Willy and thought he would be KO'd mostly from pressure and exhaustion but he didn't. But when you look at him and his body language, it looked like he was gonna fold at any minute, but it's probably just the way he looks. While Williams looked as strong as ever every round.

I'd be rooting for Martinez though. But Williams has grown on me.

Most definitely. I'm currently designing one in what little free time I have. Gonna unveil that beast soon though. I had one before but it was all about movies I watched and I watch too many to keep up. I feel naked without it now :rofl

 

Martinez is also the smarter guy, and he's already had experience fighting Paul once before.
