I'm looking past the title, i ignore those capitalist and belts being a fight fan. I see the WW fights as it is.

Having said that, he beat one of the "former" top WW. Note that i mark the work former to downplay my own point. But it is what it is dude, it's a feat.

I don't think Margo is a beast, i know he won atleast 5 rounds against PW and beat Sergio Martinez 10 years ago. But that's ages ago and he's inactive the past 18 months. That compensates why the fight should be above WW limit. I'm not being delusional, the odds is 6 to 1 in Pac's favor. The winner isn't surprising, but the beatdown performance is. Especiallly after observing Margo's moves, he looks in shape and usual self, he's young, but Pacquiao made it look easy and for a casual observer - he might look out of shape or a punching bag.

Well the fab 5 of WW in 2007 namely: Floyd, Margo, Cotto, Clottey and Mosley, all of a sudden don't have business at 147, except floyd (which is back to retirement anyway, hence no business in boxing in general) it's weight draining them if someone fights them below 150. lol

The **** is your point? i'm not the type of ******* who wants to play games. Games of exaggeration and underplaying the other's point isn't my type. Don't debate with me if that's your agenda.

If you would count JMM as the 5th HOF in Pac's KO list, its fair to count Chico Corrales as well - though Marquez has slightly better resume.

So there, Floyd has Chico and JMM.

JMM is out has to be at their weight. Chico does not count. It was the unfortunate tragedy. love Diego though. Back to zero. Keep trying.

Ok. agree to the point about JMM. Yeah, love Diego too, sadly he's not HOF material - but very close.

I can't think of anybody else, i wished he KO'd Mosley so that he atleast got one.

So we agree Floyd has never faced a prime HOF fighter ever in his career. Floyd has 0 KO's of any HOF fighter ever.

God bless HBO they are so powerful.

Hmm true. Both chico and Gatti's legacy a bit accentuated because of the tragedy. Gatti is almost a journeyman (but not) at that point ( 6 losses ) and like Rafa at this point, he has no more to give after the trilogy with Ward.

Cotto - Post Margo and without a coach
    Clottey -
    Margarito - walking punchbag
Hatton - shot to pieces and completely punchy
ODLH - shot in the first place, then rendered a walking corpse

Tough guy playing games eh? Care to elaborate?

Gatti past Ward trilogy becomes a stepping stone to up and comers. Floyd, Baldormir to name a few. That fact doesn't take away his legacy of being a boxing lionheart in this era.
