I do believe he has been facing certain types of fighters on his rise up the weights but all this talk got me thinking who he should of or should be facing for this talk to not of happened. Mayweather Pacquiao needs to happen, tbh even the margarito fight shouldnt not have taken place and neither should he fight mosley or berto etc. Nobody wants to see these fights, im sure eventually pacquiao will agree with floyds terms and the fight will happen. If Pac agrees to the full blood test, then he'll no for certain if Floyd really wants to fight him, but being that he don't really want to fight Floyd he's not going to agree. So Pac should just retire if he's not gonna face the best opponent out there.
