As i and everyone else was led to believe, i thought it was Hayes camp ducking the fight, however after seeing a conversation between Adam Booth and Klitchkos rep, it was the K's man that was struggling to answer questions and stuttering an awful lot

Adam Booth promised the fight will happen and said he is happy for PUBLIC negotiations, to which the K's man replied lets talk another day????? Why ??? :huh

Also the K's promoter seemed to be babbling an awful lot about T.V. rights in Germany, from what i could gather they have a deal with a company, but Hayes camp can get a better deal with another German t.v. company, but the Klitchko's dont want to or something ???? Didnt realy follow

Also the K's promoter tried to say everything should be 50/50 which Booth basically agreed to, but reckons they can maximise the income better through saurland, but the K's dont want out to do with him.

Also K's admitted the last contract they signed was a Slave contract but that was because Haye was a challanger. Fair enough

The point is it was K's guy with all the excuses, and he obviously didnt want public negotiations, which Booth is blatantly happy to do, something to hide maybe

Also why dont they want haye to fight Wlad, he called Hsye a ***** so, realy it should be him backing up his comments and making him a *****, yes??????

    Thoughts guys???:huh

Your right if you have nothing to hide then it should be public.

Exactly, but Haye camp Happy for PUBLIC negotiations, K's side not, so where did the tales come from it was the other way round

They are obvious;y hiding something, either way it needs to get sorted, but in the mean time everyone can now put it right out the window, that its Haye that doesnt want it, because this was proof its the K's side are holding things up.

Vitali offered an open negotiation on Monday, 3 days before Adam Boothe asked for it.

Boothe was asking for an open negotiation but a.) he is still making excuses about mandatories and b.) he can't seem to make up his mind which brother he wants to negotiate a fight with. So Boente tells him to wait until he has his house in order in regards to mandatories/Sauerland options etc.

Boothe is telling the Klitschkos that they can get a better tv deal in Germany than the one they currently have with RTL. Boente offered to go around to all these rival tv stations to see how much more they could get, he is calling Boothe's bluff as there is no other station that would offer a significantly larger amount.

Sauerland is a promotional company who Haye gave options to in order to buy Wlad's WBA title, they take a percentage of the money Haye makes for 3 fights. This is not the Klitschkos problem. Boente suggested that Haye works off his options if that is another obstacle going to be used by them in negotiations.

Haye and Booth stated on numerous occasions that they wanted Vitali first, now that he is free to fight, they want Wlad. When Wlad is free they will want Vitali, so on and so on. Will David fight Vitali first if Vit calls him a *****?

no you didn't follow. the K's have a deal with RTL and their promoter claims that no other german tv will offer a better deal. he said if booth had better offers from the other german tv companies then the K's would be happy to compensate hayemaker with the difference, therefore satisfying their financial demands.

to which booth kept responding "so you agree the tv rights will go to the highest bidder?"

booth also insisted haye would only negotiate for a wlad fight, whereas the K's manager wanted to have it vitali or wlad. seems a little strange as last time there was any negotiation booth insisted that they were most interested in the WBC title and a fight with vitali.

so no, no ducking going on there. if anything, booth is responding to the fact vitali is currently calling out haye by trying to go for wlad instead.

Wlad showed up for a scheduled fight with Haye and beat the crap out of a guy who looked better against Valuev than Haye. If he was willing to face him then, why would he start to duck him now?

And Vitali is the kind of guy who takes on Lennox Lewis on 13 days notice, unlikely that Haye terrifies him. Haye has been a diva for much of his career, two other HW fights with Haye fell through just in 2009, besides the Klitschkos.

He clearly stated Wlad but when Wlad is free he will change his mind like he's done at least 3 times already. Haye wants whatever brother is tied up with another fight at that particular time. In other words, he dosen't want either.

I watched the interview and agree with this assessment. When negotiations with Wlad broke down last year, Booth claimed that Haye actually wanted Vitali all along. It really is a merry-go-round. Why would Haye want Wlad first when Vitali is willing?

I didn't find Boente's position unclear--he wants a 50/50 split and that's the precondition. Since Haye/Booth aren't willing to agree to this principle AND they have a mandatory coming up, Boente's position that there is little point in negotiating atm makes sense.

That said I think Boente's limited English kept him from making his point. He also should have suggested that if Booth/Haye want the UK tv money, then they should split the rest of the monies 60/40 or 65/35.

Everyone knows that Vitai is the only one with the balls to fight Haye. Wlad is and ha been since he was crushed by Sanders, a scared man.

He got his point across loud and clear, it's just a few Haye fans don't want to acknowledge it. :good
