No, pac mosley is a disgrace at the moment, as would mayeather vs margarito currently be. Possible opponents for both guys beside eachother:
    Floyd: williams147/154,martinez 154,sergio mora 154,cotto 154,berto 147.
    Thats about it.
Pacquiao: winner of bradley vs alexander 140,williams 147/154,berto147,martinez154,marquez140.
If they fight either of these gus at one of those weights i will give them both respect.

He basically fought 3 top rank fighters back to back. Of course Arum got real rich during this process and this cannot be overlooked. Margarito did nothing to earn his shot. He got destroyed by Shane.. exposed and banished by boxing as a cheat for a year. Beat an absolute nobody. Then he fights a made up title fight @154 with Pac at 150 a division he never held any form of title in. Clottey did nothing to earn his shot and was sitting off somewhere in Africa and got phoned in and was coming off a loss to a guy Pac already beat in Cotto and was inactive.

The ball is in Floyd`s court. All he has to do is agree to the fight.Pac is not cherry picking he is fighting very good boxers.I dont think many fighters out there would see Cotto,Clottey and Margo as easy pay checks.

Hopkins just want to sell Mosley to Pac being his friend. This is understandable.

Note that Hopkins said "black African American slick" fighter and not "black African American slick old" fighter.

It's clear they cherry pick, particularly, at this stage of Pac's career. Koncz came out and said, the other day, it's about the financial aspect of things of this point.

If Floyd had all the same skills, was the best guy at WW, but, was not worth $20-40 million a fight, I doubt this fight would even be discussed. The risk would be too great vs the reward.

Has Pac ducked (or rather have his handlers chosen to sidestep) the slick and cagey STLYES of opponents that are taught boxing in areas of the US known for teaching boxing this way? You could argue that is the case, because, there were some along the way, he could've faced. Or, you could argue that was not the case, as these types are fighters are in the minority, in the divisions below LW.

I happen to think earlier in his career, he was just too limited to deal with fighters possessing that type of skill. He would've had to stop them to beat them, and he would lose handily more than he would win, IMO. I think his handlers understood this.

Now, he's got more weapons. He's maximized his athleticism and brought up his skill level to match that. So, it would take a VERY good fighter to overcome that...one with the athleticism, ring IQ, ring vision, reflexes, speed of hand and foot, etc., to take advantage of Pac's lack of solid defense, and tactical mistakes, which his other opponents have been unable to capitalize upon. The only one out there with these qualifications, right now, is Floyd. And, that's what B-Hop was saying, as well...in his own way, of course.

Its either winner of williams/martinez at 154. Or winner of Bradley/alexander. And thats all there is to it. Shane Mosley is no longer relevant as good a fighter as he has been. His time has passed.
