This fight will never happen. No way Berto's people put him in there with Pac. He has fought absolutely no one yet. I like Berto a lot but he would get destroyed in there.

Isnt berto the wbc welterweight champion, there is no reason for him to be scared, if he loses he can still do good things in boxing, why does it mean if he loses its over? boxers need to take more risks

One of the better fights out there for Pac right now IMO. Of course it's not anyone's first choice, but it'd be more meaningful than dragging one of the 140 lb'ers up to 147 and it's better than a Mosley fight at this point.

My first choice after Floyd is tonight's winner between Paul Williams and Sergio Martinez, but Arum said no.

7 days + right after the fight is a pretty fair deal as well, you cant dope up in the mean time. Its just a created roadblock unfortunately. I think floyd doesnt really care about the possibility of drugs (which could be taken as acompliment for pacquio's acomplishments anyway) its more to get a edge over superstitious pacquiao. who according to him will be weaker if the tests are up to the fight because floyd is bigger. + if floyd beats manny i want him to do it straight up not so that people claim ow pac was influenced by the tests thats why he didnt perform as good as usual.

Last I read, Aiden was considered for Berto's Nov 27th fight but refused to fight in the States.

Nah man Pacquiao is still ducking african american fighters. Berto is from Haiti. Lets just face it. Pacquiao is just an overrated hype job with no talent and no power and no skill whatsoever
