Duran was down before though. Williams was OUT O-U-T OUT with the first kd punch. Williams is still my dude but I'm happy for Martinez. I'm a fan of both and was worrying for Williams for a minute he looked out cold for sometime. This may turn out to be the greatest ko win of Martinez' career, quote me on that.

KO of the decade.. God damn. You have to factor in he has never been out before.. The 3 chain effect of this dude going limp... falling flat on his face.. eyes wide open like he got shot. This is boxing.. it only takes one shot.

Both guys were threw lefts at the same time. Martinez' was shorter and got there just ahead. Right on the off switch. PW was wide eyed, but out on impact.....face first on the canvas, counted out. They had to turn him over. There was no way hew was getting up from that.

Got dang. This has to be the punch of the year. Holy f***. I even picked Paul williams to win. I thought Sergio was going to be weight drained. Hell of a win for Sergio Martinez. Hopefully he can get a fight with Mayweather or Pacquiao.

    Like that would have helped.

I won a free signed glove from Martinez and Williams from HBO by answering a question on Twitter. Thanks for the glove and excellent KO Martinez!!

That punch didn't just knock Paul Williams out, it seems to have knocked ESB out too!

WOW!!!!!! Great KO!!!!! And Martinez wasn't even looking at PWs face when he hit him, that probably distracted Paul and he was thinking that MArtinez is going to duck a shot not hitting aswel.....

In a way, I'm glad that for once, it isn't a Pac or Floyd fight that's making ESB go down

Wow, that seals it for me, Martinez definitely has KO of the year and is already fighter for the year for me. For all the posturing, delays, trash talking (from the fans) between Pavlik and Williams, it takes a relatively little known third man from Argentina to stop all that by decisively beating both men. Fan-****ing-tastic! :happy

He was out as soon as it landed, then fell like a tree.

    Great KO
